Your key card unlocks the front door and the storage room for bicycles and skis. If it does not work, please ring the "Nordic Lodge" doorbell.

This is located to the right of the main entrance. Your room key unlocks the door. The hotel assumes no liability.

Departure & Check out

On departure, we ask that you dispose of the garbage properly and turn on the dishwasher.

Garbage Disposal

The garbage cans are in the garbage room next to the garages.

Yellow = plastic

Red = paper

Black = residual waste

Glass bottles = containers next to the bins

Check-Out

The suites must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. If the reception is not occupied, the key card can be left at the table at the reception.

Bath towels are available in the wellness area. Please do not use the bath towels from the suites!

Safe

You can use your credit card or another card with a magnetic stripe for the safe.

Payment

The bill needs to be settled upon check-in or at the latest on the day before departure.
